Aunque no eran pocos los que decían hace 5 años que aquel nuevo festival no iba a tener esperanzas de sobrevivir más de un par de años, como tantos otros festivales que van y vienen en México, el Corona Capital se ha posicionado como EL festival del otoño en México. Parte del éxito se debe, por supuesto, a las bandas que han formado parte del festival. Cualquiera pensaría que el Corona Capital es solo un festival más en su agenda, pero tanto en entrevistas como en sus redes sociales, los artistas no han ocultado su preferencia por tocar delante de un público mexicano.
